The founder and CEO of XLabh Innovations Inc., Dr. Sukhpreet Patel, brings with her more than two decades of experience as a medical practitioner, entrepreneur, researcher, and teacher. She has successfully founded and managed two In-Vitro-Fertilisation (IVF) centers within a highly competitive market in Mumbai, India, while catering to international clientele from the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Israel, and Africa. 

Her expert insight into the problem of the ‘Information-Knowledge Gap’ in the healthcare community, and the invention of Xtract stems from her experience as a teacher and a perennial learner. Her recent graduation with the MSc in Public Health degree from the prestigious London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (University of London, UK), in August 2022, further provided an understanding of obstacles faced by learners and the addition of various tools to overcome these challenges through the use of Xtract.
